Charter Passenger Personal Identification All charter passengers must provide personal identification of either their Passport or Copies of Passport or UAE Driving Licence as requested by UAE Coastguard Regulations prior to departure. Anyone without personal identification will not be permitted onboard. Any delay caused by failure to provide the proper identification will be at the charterer's expense. Charter Inclusions 1) Fuel costs (except 24 hour and weekly charters) 2) Fully crewed yacht 3) soft drinks, water, and light snacks 4) Safety Measures. 5) All Boats are fully insured with full safety equipment. Charter price does not include: 6) Food and beverage, 7) Extra equipment hire Passenger Numbers Passenger numbers must be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure. Captain's Authority The Captain has total authority over seamanship and the safe navigation of the yacht, its crew and passengers. The Captain has total authority over the safe use of all equipment onboard and may prohibit activities deemed to be unsafe. Responsibility for Children Any children onboard are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians. The crew will not be responsible for children and are not child-minders. Shoes Flat non-marking soled deck shoes or trainers are permitted onboard. Shoes with heals are not permitted to be worn on board. Comfortable clothing and suntan protection are recommended. Availability Bookings are accepted subject to availability of the charter yacht. If a booking has to be cancelled due to yacht unavailability, no liability will be accepted. Any monies already paid will be refunded in full. Cancellation of Charter by Amwaj Al Bahar Yachts Amwaj Al Bahar reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to poor weather conditions, mechanical failure with, Coastguard restrictions or UAE Law enforcement decrees. In this instance, the charter will be rearranged. If this is not possible, any charter fees already paid will be returned in full. Cancellation by Charter Clients If Cancellations are notified to us 72 hours prior to the tour – Full refund will be provided If Cancellations are notified to us within 72 hours of the tour – No Refund will be provided Charter Fee Deposit of 50% of the charter value to be paid on booking. Balance to be paid in full not later than 72 hours before the trip. Methods of Payments By Cash

Recreation Liability Indemnity No liability is accepted for any personal injury during any recreational activity including swimming, fishing, parasailing or any other water sports. Anti-Social Behavior No anti-social behavior will be accepted and will be reported to the Police. Anti-Social behavior will result in the early termination of the charter. General Liability Indemnity No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred as a result of accident, injury, sickness or death. Observance of all UAE Law and Practices The following must be observed under UAE Law: 1) Number of passengers must not exceed those stated on charter registration 2) All persons under 21yrs must be supervised by a mature adult 3) All foodstuffs brought onboard by passengers must be that which is UAE approved 4) All fishing must be conducted under UAE regulations 5) No animals or pets may be brought onboard 6) Captain and crew member contingent as required for charters under UAE law.
